Administrative support
The Incoming Student Advisor, in the International Relations Office, is the main contact point for all visiting students, from the day they apply until the issuance of their transcript of grades. He/she is also the contact person for your exchange coordinator at your home university.
Prior to your study period, you will receive information and guidance regarding, among others, your application, the acceptance letter, visa if needed, course catalogue, syllabi, learning agreement, special needs arrangements, accommodation, orientation days…
During your exchange program, you must inform the Incoming Student Advisor if you want to change a class, if you encounter IT difficulties, if you missed classes… You should also discuss with him/her any issue that may arise in or out of class and jeopardize your exchange.
Support and advice for everyday life
WORLD, our international student association, brings together French and international students through a variety of programs and events.
One of its main focuses is to help international students adapt to their new life here, most notably with :
- its Buddy program, where French 2nd year students volunteer to ‘mentor’ an international student from the very first day of their stay
- its yearly ‘Survival Guide’ with all the tips that make life easier
- a welcome evening, followed by an integration week-end
- a designated point of contact in each student residence
