How to apply ?
Application requirements
- Have completed at least one year of higher education in your country of origin at the time of the Summer School (recommended for bachelor students, Master level student’s are welcomed to attend as well).
- A CEFR B2 English proficiency level is expected, though no formal test is required
- No requirement in French – all level will be accepted
- Candidates from all universities and countries are welcomed
- Must be aged of +18
Registration
- Opening of registration : January 9th, 2024.
- Deadline for enrollment : April 30th, 2024.
- 1) Complete your Application Form (from 9th January), and email it back along with all the documents required before 30th, April 2024 to : summerschooliep@sciencespo-saintgermain.fr
- 2) After reception and validation of your application, you will receive a link to proceed to the full payment of the fees (excluding accommodation). Payment must be done within 72 hours at reception of the link.
- 3) Final registration will be confirmed after reception of the full payment by sending your acceptance letter.
By paying your fees, you agree to comply with the University’s rules and regulations and related policies and procedures.
Rate of the two weeks intensive program : 1200€
The fees will cover the below two weeks program :
- Courses 24h
- French course 16h
- Visits, excursions
- First day welcome coffee
- Daily morning coffee
- Lunch at university restaurant or lunch box
- Departure reception cocktail
- Access to campus equipments, wifi access

- Transport to France
- Public transport card Pass Navigo to buy on site

Cancellation policy :
In the event that the participant cancels attendance in the program, it is mandatory to inform the organizers before 15th, April 2024. Refunds are not possible, only under specific conditions with proof – certificate from a professionnal (health emergency, ….) and as defined : 100% refund until 15th, April 2024, 50% from 16/04 to 22/05/2024, no refund from 23/05 to 31/05/2024.
