Culture and Politics in Contemporary France
Program dates
June 3rd to 14th 2024
Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye is an institution of higher education specialized in the social sciences and characterized by an interdisciplinary approach, bringing together political science, law, contemporary history, sociology and economics.
Since its foundation Sciences-Po Saint-Germain has been committed to develop arts and culture, especially through the combination of theoretical courses and practical workshops (in creative writing, artistic practice, cultural mediation, etc.), at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, involving researchers as well as authors, artists and professionals from the cultural sector.
Building on this unique specialization, a summer school for international students will take place in June 2024. Fully taught in English, the summer school will offer students a stimulating learning environment exploring the linkages between culture and politics.
